The Green Diary is printed on recycled paper and recently completed a local, community project to obtain its carbon footprint, reduce it and become carbon neutral.

Our vision is to meet the need to distribute the best, local, sustainable development publication to people in the North East of Scotland.

Ethical living is increasingly desired by British consumers.  Research by the Co-op shows that Britons spent £25.8 billion on ethical products in 2005 – for example 3 out of 4 households now buy organic produce – and this figure is set to rise.

Publication Profile

·  3,000 copies of the Green Diary are distributed free to groups, organisations, council offices, schools, libraries, community centres and businesses over the region.

·  A monthly e-mail reminder service to 50 sustainable development organisations working in the North-East is sent out to provide dates and articles.

·  Targeted sponsorship deals available for core and feature sponsors

·  Free e-mail copies of the Green Diary sent to over 110 subscribers

·  We cannot accept adverts that conflict with our mission and values

·  The final decision on advert inclusion will rest with the Green Diary Editor

·  We cannot accept adverts that make claims we feel are unsubstantiated

·  We cannot accept adverts from political parties
